Head of Marketing

Job description

  • Develop, correct and perform Marketing Strategy based on the company goals
  • Manage marketing team members with day-to-day tasks (monthly/weekly planning)
  • Manage marketing budget to achieve KPIs (qualified leads, account engagement metrics, etc)
  • Orchestrate marketing activities with Sales and Business Development pipeline
  • Find new marketing directions and points of optimization for the team performance
  • Develop CRM and internal Knowledge-Base at general level (manage responsible hands-on specialists)
  • Develop product marketing direction
Requirements for the employee
  • At least 5 years in b2b marketing with 2+ years at managing position (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Marketing Team Lead)
  • Experience in IT industry / Consulting
  • Strong analytical and planning mindset
  • Great management skills for medium-size young marketing team (10+ specialists)
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing framework is huge advantage
  • Ability to work in fast-changing multi-tasking environment
  • Good Russian/English language is a must
