Job description
- Develop, correct and perform Marketing Strategy based on the company goals
- Manage marketing team members with day-to-day tasks (monthly/weekly planning)
- Manage marketing budget to achieve KPIs (qualified leads, account engagement metrics, etc)
- Orchestrate marketing activities with Sales and Business Development pipeline
- Find new marketing directions and points of optimization for the team performance
- Develop CRM and internal Knowledge-Base at general level (manage responsible hands-on specialists)
- Develop product marketing direction
- At least 5 years in b2b marketing with 2+ years at managing position (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Marketing Team Lead)
- Experience in IT industry / Consulting
- Strong analytical and planning mindset
- Great management skills for medium-size young marketing team (10+ specialists)
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing framework is huge advantage
- Ability to work in fast-changing multi-tasking environment
- Good Russian/English language is a must
