Penki Customer Service Center Will Operate Remotely
Following the Lithuanian government decree to tighten quarantine due to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the Penki Customer Service Center (Kareivių str., 2, Vilnius) will serve customers remotely from December 16, 2020.

Our consultants work:
I – V 8:00–22:00. VI-VII and holidays 10:00-20:00.
We respond to e-mail inquiries within two days. Perhaps a little longer due to the increase in the number of messages. We hope for your understanding.

- transferring funds to the account of Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras (the service can be ordered on website https://mano.penki.lt or at your bank);

- using Internet banking.
