Penki Customer Service Center Opens Its Doors
We are pleased to share the good news that following the decision of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania to ease the quarantine conditions, the Penki Service Center (Kareivių str., 2, Vilnius) will resume physical customer service from February 17, 2021.
We are waiting for customers:
I-V (8:00 - 18:00) and VI (10:00 - 15:00)
To ensure maximum safety, we follow strict rules.
• Customers must wear masks and disposable gloves.
• The customer service center serves no more than 2 customers at the same time. We kindly ask you to wait for your turn on the street at a safe distance from each other (2 m). Disinfect your hands when entering and leaving a customer service center.
• There must be a distance of 2 m between customers inside the service center.
• For disinfection and ventilation of premises, breaks are organized from 11:00 to 11:10, from 13:00 to 13:10, from 15:00 to 15:10. Service will be suspended during this time, customers are asked to wait outside.
