"Retail today is inseparable from technology. The importance of Internet sales and channels for communication with customers is growing. Retailers understand the importance of technologies, and they actively invest in them. Thus they decrease their costs, optimize business processes, reduce customer service time, offer a wider range of services and so on", - BS/2's Musayev says.
